Pork Chops Agro Dolce

I made this meal for my kids this morning so they will have something to eat when they all get home from work tonight. This is one of The Blog Tech's favorite meals.  Pork chops agro dolce.
You can see the step by step directions here:  http://octoberfarm.blogspot.com/2012/01/5-star-pork-recipe.html

First you make the sauce.
Next you brown the brined pork chops.
Then finish them in the oven.
And serve them covered in the sauce.

I made mashed cauliflower and you can see how to make it here:  http://octoberfarm.blogspot.com/2011/09/scrumptious-recipe.html

I also made creamed spinach:  http://octoberfarm.blogspot.com/2010/11/meatloaf-to-die-for.html

And sauteed cabbage:  http://octoberfarm.blogspot.com/2011/09/scrumptious-recipe.html

This is the kind of meals we used to eat during summertime at home. Grilled on the barbecue.
Mmmm, that sauce looks good. I've gotten away from eating a lot of pork chops over the last 20 years but this recipe may tempt me back again! [Go Pens!]

Wow, the food looks so yummy and tasty. After seeing the food photo I cannot resist my tongue. Very well captured along with the editing work as it seems so sumptuous. Anyways, which camera did you use to capture it? I’m also working on an Image post-production platform for the editing kinds of stuff. Anyways very good sharing; please keep posting more. I’ll definitely visit your blog again..image post production
